Welcome to Bridge Yoga!
Bridge Yoga is for people to learn how they can incorporate yoga to the benefit of their overall health and well being. I provide private, group and beginners yoga to the communities of and around Saginaw, Lake Worth, Azle, and Eagle Mountain Lake.

I have committed myself through training and experience, (E-RYT 500 certified yoga instructor and a B.S. degree in Exercise Science), to teach you about the benefits of yoga and movement to your overall well-being.
My personal experience with yoga is what drives my passion to help others on their journey to health and well being. Yoga helped me recover from a spinal fusion surgery, persistent pain, and nerve damage. Having worked with all body types and fitness levels, I am confident we can work together to bring balance and ease to your life.
What I enjoy most about teaching yoga is seeing people begin to discover their strength and resilience. As their confidence grows in yoga, so does their self confidence in life in general.
Mentoring new yoga teachers is also a passion and it is for the exact same reasons I love teaching yoga. Seeing a new yoga teacher grow and become more confident in their skill is an amazing journey to witness.
